7.2 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, without respect to its conflicts of law principles. If any provisions of these Terms and Conditions are found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition.

9.1 This Subscriber Agreement is governed by the law of the State of Vermont, without regard to its principles on conflicts of laws, and the federal law of the United States of America. Any action to enforce this Agreement shall be brought in the federal or state courts located in Montpelier.
