6.1 ACS is based in Vernon Vermont, in the United States of America. ACS makes no claims that the Content is appropriate or may be downloaded outside of the United States. 7. Jurisdiction
7.1 You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with ACS or in any way relating to your use of this site, resides in the Courts of the State of Vermont, and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the Courts of the State of Vermont in connection with any dispute including any claim involving ACS or its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, directors, telecommunication providers, and content providers.
7.2 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, without respect to its conflicts of law principles. If any provisions of these Terms and Conditions are found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition.
8. Complete Agreement Except as Expressly Provided in a Particular "Legal Notice" on this Site
8.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and ACS with respect to the use of this site and Content. Your use of this site is also subject to the disclaimers and policies posted herewith.
9. Miscellaneous
9.1 This Subscriber Agreement is governed by the law of the State of Vermont, without regard to its principles on conflicts of laws, and the federal law of the United States of America. Any action to enforce this Agreement shall be brought in the federal or state courts located in Montpelier.
